Cancellation Policies And Fees

We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy. Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 48 hour notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Any missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. For pre-purchased series of treatments, that missed session will be applied toward the series. Appointments booked for the same day are considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled, to adhere to the 48-hour cancellation policy. You are agreeing to these policies at the time of booking.
