Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, gift certificates, and cash.

Reservations, Arrivals, & Late Arrivals

We recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure desired appointment. A major credit card is required at the time of booking to hold a reservation for any of our services. We hold this information as part of our cancellation policy and only make necessary charges to your account. Details on these policies are listed under Cancellation Policies and Fees. If you arrive more than 7 minutes late to an appointment, we do have the right to cancel your service which will result in a full-service charge. Please understand that we allot a specific amount of time for each service. All spa appointments have been designed to allow the appropriate time for the full enjoyment of the service. Please understand that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments. You will be responsible for the full service.

Cancellation Policies and Fees

We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy. Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Any missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. For pre-purchased series of treatments, that missed session will be applied toward the series. Appointments booked for the same day are considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled, to adhere to the 24-hour cancellation policy. You are agreeing to these policies at the time of booking.

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. This is included for all single session pricing as well as any series of treatments and promotions.

Gift Certificate Policy

Gift certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable. Discounted gift cards cannot be purchased and use as form of payment in the same transaction. Not redeemable for cash or credit. Not redeemable on retail products or series of treatments. All gift certificates must be presented at your appointment. Limit one gift certificate per service or product purchase. Gift certificates cannot be combined with promotions. We cannot process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates regardless of if they are lost, misplaced, or stolen.

Return and Refund Policy

We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transaction on any spa treatment series that are purchased. We will, however, give spa credit of equal value. Please note: All packages and treatment sessions will expire if inactive for over 6 months. All sales are final.

Contraindications

A contraindication is a symptom or condition that makes a particular treatment or procedure inadvisable. Some common contraindications include allergies, pregnancy, cancer, certain skin conditions, and infectious diseases.
